Searching the directory
There are three forms of search provided for the SIGN Directory:
Browse SIGN Categories, and
Browse Services.
Browse SIGN Categories
This allows you to search through different health and social care categories.
If you want to look up a particular type of organisation, such as 'coeliac', use the 'Browse
SIGN Categories' link at the top of the screen. Click on the letter to view all the categories
that begin with that letter. Click then on a particular Category to view all the organisations
listed under it. To view full details of any organisation, click on the organisation name.
Browse Services
This allows you to search organisations alphabetically. If you want to look up a particular
organisation use the 'Browse Services' link at the top of the screen. Click on the
letter to view all the organisations that begin with that letter. To view full details of any
organisation, click on the organisation name.
