What services are offered |
Provides a 24 hour nurse-led helpline for distressed and anxious people who need someone to talk to. Also provides help with bereavement and assessing ongoing support needs. They can provide grants to cover aids and equipment, education, respite care and funeral expenses. The helpline is open 365 days a year.
The service does make home visits.
